GALAXY Tech Air cooled chillers
Cooling capacity 343 - 1061 kW

The chillers of the GALAXY TECH series, with environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant, represent the best solution for centralised hydronic air conditioning for large areas (such as airports, offices, shopping centres, cinemas, etc.), and offer energy savings in all operating conditions. The multi scroll technology used in the GALAXY TECH series, proportionally adapting the cooling capacity produced to the actual demand from the system, allows a decrease in the hydraulic volume required for thermal inertia as well as considerable energy savings. The high number of compressors (up to 12) and independent refrigeration circuits (up to 4) reduce the possibility of downtime, increasing the level of overall reliability of the system, thus ensuring continuity of operation in a wide range of applications. The modular condensing section allows the progressive stopping of fans according to the instant thermal load, helping to increase the seasonal energy efficiency of the units. The GALAXY TECH series is equipped with brazed plates heat exchangers in AISI 316 stainless steel with high energy efficiency and low water pressure drops. Management is entrusted to a microprocessor control that manages completely independently all the main functions, including the adjustments, alarms and interface with the outside.

ARIES Tech Air cooled chillers

The chillers of the ARIES TECH series with environmentally friendly refrigerant R410A, represent the best solution for centralised hydronic air conditioning for medium areas (such as hospitals, offices, shopping centres, etc.) and offer energy savings in all operating conditions. The technical solutions adopted contribute practically to the reduction of operating costs of the system and to protection of the environment. These include: scroll compressors offering high seasonal energy efficiency, high efficiency plates or shell and tubes heat exchangers, for operation in more favourable energy efficiency conditions; refrigeration circuits with separate aeraulic sections to progressively stop fans according to the instant thermal load; partial and total heat recovery for sustainable use of electricity. The wide range of accessories and versions offers solutions to the most varied of installation requirements and at the same time facilitating installation, start-up and management of the system.

PHOENIX Plus Air cooled chillers

The chillers of the PHOENIX PLUS series, with environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant, represent the best solution for centralised hydronic air conditioning for large areas (such as airports, offices, shopping centres, cinemas, etc.) ensuring energy savings that are the highest in its category. This result is obtained through precise design and component selection added to the availability of up to four compressors on independent refrigeration circuits . The screw compressors used in the PHOENIX PLUS liquid coolers were developed and optimised for R134a and ensure a high level of reliability, thanks to the low number of moving parts and the direct coupling of the driving member to the electric motor. Control of the refrigerating capacity is continuous ensuring the precise distribution of energy according to the actual requirements of the system. NEPTUNE TECH is a series of MTA water cooled chillers and heat pumps with inversion cycle on the water side designed for outdoor installation with environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant gas . The water cooled chillers of the NEPTUNE TECH series, offered in a large number of models, versions, and layouts, respond optimally to the complex requirements of use within the context of air conditioning of large civil, private and public structures and within the commercial sector. The multi-scroll logics, adopted across the entire series, allow maximisation of the performance indices with partial loads which account for the largest portion of the working life of an air conditioning unit. Particular attention was paid to the dimensions of the space of these units that must be transported within technical rooms that are often difficult to access.

AQUARIUS PLUS is the series of MTA water cooled chillers and heat pumps with inversion cycle on the water side designed for outdoor installation with environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant gas. The use of screw compressors optimised for the use of the R134a refrigerant with stepless capacity control, combined with the precise thermoregulation logics, allows the AQUARIUS PLUS range to maximise the indices of performance with partial loads, which account for the largest portion of the working life of an air conditioning unit. Thanks to the technological solutions adopted, these units offer lower operating costs and thus a quick return on investment.
