All rotary dryers heat the product being dried in order to remove the excess water. As a result, the product leaves the dryers at a temperature which is typically about 80°C. In some applications, such as magnetic separation or bagging, this temperature is too high. We offer two solutions to reduce product temperatures to acceptable levels:
Tegnon's Jones Division has been building drying equipment for the South African market since 1955. Jones Rotary Dryers are ideal for drying minerals and granular organic materials.
We are able to support our dryers in operation around the world by supplying the correct spares utilising our extensive records covering dryers supplied even decades ago.
Our rotary dryers are robust, designed to operate continuously over long periods with minimal attention.
